Associate Professor Dr. Onur Erdoğan from the Department of Educational Administration, Department of Educational Sciences, Gazi Faculty of Education, and his colleagues have published an article entitled “Exploring the Link Between Distributed Leadership and Teacher Enthusiasm in a Centralized Education System: The Mediation of Teacher Growth Mindset and the Moderation of Supportive School Culture (https://doi.org/ 10.1111/ejed.70836)” in the European Journal of Education, a journal ranked among the top 500 journals in the SSCI and having a Web of Science (WoS) Impact Factor (IF) of 5.3.
