Gazi Alkar UAV Team, composed of students from the Faculty of Engineering and Technology, has advanced to the finals of the TEKNOFEST Combat UAV Competition, held at Siirt Airport from August 24 to 30, 2026.
In the first stage of the competition, our team received a score of 72.17 in the Critical Design Report (CDR) evaluation and 85 points in the System Identification and Flight Evidence Video evaluation. Ranked 6th among 42 teams selected from a total of 1,032 teams, our team advanced to the final stage of the competition. During this process, the team successfully completed structural control, communication control, and RF control tests.
