Every year, our university is evaluated in both general and field-based university rankings which are conducted by different reputable rating agencies around the world. Our university exhibits high academic achievement performance in these rankings. The International University Rating Agency Times Higher Education (THE) ranks according to criterias such as teaching, research, citation, internationality and industry income. Our University wasrated in the rankings announced by "THE" in 2022; has taken its place in the top 10 best performing universities in Turkey, in the fields of "Arts and Humanities" "Architecture" and "Language, Literature and Linguistics", "Education", "Computer Sciences" and "Life Sciences".URAP (University Ranking by Academic Performance) is another rating agency which our University has added a new one to its achievements at the rankings. The main points of URAP are publication, citation and international cooperation criteria. In the 2020-2021 year field-based World University Rankings ; Gazi University took its place among the best performing in the top 10 universities in the fields of medical and Health Sciences, Technology, Pharmacy, Engineering , Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry in Turkey.
