The ERASMUS-YOUTH2025-CB-SMC project entitled “Culinary Beginnings: Basic Cooking Skills for Independent Youth - Culinary Beginnings” led by Research Assistant Uğur Özdemir, a faculty member of the Department of Metallurgical and Materials Engineering at the Faculty of Technology, has been awarded funding.
