Speaking at the ceremony, our Rector Prof. Dr. Musa Yıldız expressed that they want to further develop the cooperation between the two universities and noted that our university will appear more in Azerbaijan from now on. Our Rector Yıldız stated that as a step of cooperation, our university academician Prof. Dr. Çetin Elmas has been assigned to Azerbaijan Technical University, and that Prof. Dr. Elmas has been appointed as the vice rector responsible for research and development. |

After the protocol speeches, our Rector Prof. Dr. Musa Yıldız and AzTU Rector Prof. Dr. Vilayat Valiyev signed a protocol that envisages the initiation of the process of exchange of lecturers and students, mutual use of laboratories, realization of joint projects, and awarding of double degrees in engineering between the two universities. |
