Our university's Faculty of Sport Sciences, Department of Coaching Education, first-year student and national athlete Muhammed Furkan Özbek won in the 67 kg for the 145 kg snatch and 178 clean and jerk (youth European record) and in total became the European champion.

Competing in the European Weightlifting Championship, Muhammed Furkan Özbek achieved significant success after winning bronze in snatch, and 2 gold medals in clean and jerk. We congratulate our student and wish him continued success.
