Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy of our University Prof. Dr. İlkay Erdoğan Orhan has been selected as a member of the Islamic World Academy of Sciences. Founded in Jordan in 1986, the Islamic World Academy of Sciences is the scientific advisory body of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation. Respected scholars from Islamic countries are accepted as members of the Islamic World Academy of Sciences, which acts with the mission of providing a dynamic institutional structure that can help the use of science and technology for the general development of Islamic countries and humanity in general. We congratulate Prof. Dr. Ilkay Erdogan Orhan on his selection as a member of the Islamic World Academy of Sciences and wish him continued success.
