2020-2021 Higher Education Academic Year Opening Ceremony was held at the Presidential Complex.

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and President of Higher Education Council Yekta Saraç spoke at the ceremony, which was attended by our Rector Prof. Dr. Musa Yıldız. President Erdoğan and state officials, as well as ministers, members of the Council of Higher Education, heads of relevant institutions, ambassadors, university rectors and academics representing universities attended the ceremony.

Following his speech, President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan presented his awards to PhD students and lecturers who won the “Outstanding Achievement Awards of the Council of Higher Education ". President Erdoğan also presented his awards to the rectors of universities that are eligible for corporate awards.
