Great success from our students in 2242 University Students Research Project Competitions organized by TUBITAK Directorate of Science Fellowships and Grant Programs. Under the consultancy of Prof. Dr. Ali Gül, Faculty of Biology Education, the project on "3D Technology and Datamatrix Supported Vertebrate Animal Hearts Comparative Material Set for Secondary School Students" under the leadership of Bilge Başak Fidan and Ayşenur Zeynep Kaya, 4th year students of the Department of Biology Education, was the third in Turkey in the final competition held on 9^th-10^th of September. The project, which participated in the competition from the education category, won the first prize at the Ankara Regional Exhibition. The project team represented our University by participating in the exhibition and award ceremony at TEKNOFEST held in Gaziantep between 24^th-27^thof September.
