Abdullah Öztürk who is a graduate student from Gazi University, Faculty of Sports Science, Coaching Education Department won the gold medal at the Olympic Games held in Rio in 2016. In 2016 Paralympic Summer Games, Öztürk who rose to the final beating 3-2 French rival Maxime Thomas faced to Guo from China in competition for gold medal. After beating 3-1 Chinese rival, Öztürk won the gold medal for our country.

Abdullah Öztürk, won the bronze medal in 4-5 class team competitions with his brother, Ali Öztürk who is also a student in our school.

Ahmet Akın who is a graduate student from our school and also Wheel Chair Basketball Assistant Coach of Our National Team competed in basketball branch of Rio Olympics and made our school proud as he scored the most in the USA.
