Gazi University Central Library has been renewed. In addition to our Rector Prof. Dr. Musa Yıldız, Vice Rectors Prof. Dr. Ramazan Bayındır, Prof. Dr. Bekir Buluç, Prof. Dr. Fazlı Polat, Secretary General Hasan Kaleli and faculty members also attended the opening of the Central Library which has been equipped with smart technology. After the opening ceremony was organized, Our Rector Prof. Dr. Musa Yıldız visited the Central Library and received information about the library from V. Tünsel Canatalı who is the Head of the Department of Library and Documentation. The Central Library, which was completely renovated and strengthened against the earthquake, has been given a modern look. The reading halls of the library have been named after Cennet Yiğit, Muhammed Yalçın and Gülşah Güler, the 15th July Martyrs of our University. The conference hall has been named "Hoca Ahmed Yesevî”. Gazi University Central Library, which is one of the libraries in Turkey that serves students 7/24, will be open between 08.30 and 17.30 on weekdays for a while because of the pandemic.
