Within the scope of the "100/2000 YÖK PhD Scholarship Program" initiated by the Council of Higher Education (YÖK) for the first time, Gazi University became one of the universities that are highly supported by its 7 doctoral programs.

Within the scope of "100/200 YÖK PhD Scholarship Program" designed to meet the need for human resources having doctoral degree in order to produce qualified information in the priority areas for Turkey, Gazi University will take students in 7 different programs.

Gazi University became the only university giving doctoral scholarship within the scope of "100/200 YÖK PhD Scholarship Program" in the areas of African Studies, Far East Studies, Integration of Defense Systems and Administrative Law.

Gazi University will open up new programs for 58 doctoral students working in the field of Pharmaceutical Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical Design, Pre-school Education, African Studies, Administrative Law, New 3B Articulation and Defense Systems Integration within the scope of scholarship.

The students will be awarded scholarships by YÖK for 4years, amounting to 1550 TL per month. Doctoral candidates who wish to participate in this program may apply to the relevant institutes between 20-21th February, 2017.
