Jannisary (Mehtaran) team members will be selected by a commission under the leadership of Artistic Director including Coordinator, Mehterbaşı (leader), and two instructors who will be appointed by Gazi University Turkish Music State Conservatory. Jannisary (Mehterân) team is considered to be a minimum of 40 people which consists of 3 layers. Layers can be increased to 5-7 or 9 on demand.
